Our monthly wine class is led by Rob O., our resident wine guru and oenophile. Learn the basics of wine tasting and how to pair wine with food. Rob O. has a passion for wine that exudes in the wealth of knowledge he presents in each class on everything from the type of grape to the terroir, to the best way to enjoy each wine he hand selects for every class. The class features 5-8 wines with a cheese pairing. The class is limited to 40 participants. Registration is on a first come first serve basis and available at the Guest Services desk or by calling 899-9119.
