ArtEgg Studios

Nestled between the Times Picayune and Coleman’s on Euphrosine and South Broad Streets, eight blocks away from New Orlean’s Superdome, ArtEgg Studios was found in 2001 by Dr. Esther Dyer. Since its inception, the ArtEgg has developed into a site for cultural production, education, and preservation.

ArtEgg Studios is a multi-use commercial rental building in New Orleans. A former produce warehouse, ArtEgg had 50 studios for rent in the Broad Street Cultural Products District (MidCity area of New Orleans). Rental units are suitable for art studios; photography studios, workshops; nonprofit and small business offices; acting and music rehearsals; collections, set design/building and prop storage as well as classes and conferences.

ArtEgg’s dynamic community includes working artists, collectors, conservators, writers, musicians, fabric designers, set builders, nonprofits, acting instructors and several small businesses. All share a commitment to New Orleans and to culturally and environmentally sustainable development.
