MISSION
Trouser House is a non-profit contemporary art + urban farming initiative. The two-fold project promotes a model of sustainability defined by community involvement and public education. As a catalyst for social change, Trouser House advocates food activism and contemporary art as vehicles for improving public health and personal well-being.

4105 St. Claude Ave. in New Orleans, Louisiana, Trouser House sits between the Bywater and Lower Ninth Ward neighborhoods. Positioned just beyond the Industrial Canal, the space occupies a unique area of New Orleans, combining the rich history of two distinct cultural epicenters.
