The Degas House
The Edgar Degas House is the only home or studio of Degas anywhere in the world that is open to the public, beautifully restored and located on majestic Esplanade Avenue just eleven blocks from the famous New Orleans French quarter. The Edgar Degas House was the New Orleans’ home to the French Impressionist Master.
The House functions as a museum and hosts tours, B&B guests, special events, wedding ceremonies & receptions. It is also home to the Edgar Degas Foundation.
