Nestled in the heart of Uptown New Orleans, Café Freret sits at the corner of Freret Street and Lowerline. Café Freret has both a large outdoor dining area, as well as an inside dining room. Sandwiched in between shotgun homes in the Uptown/University area, the Cafe serves everything from sandwiches to steaks. Heading over on the weekends means multiple types of delicious Eggs Benedict, and whether you choose to put them on crab cakes or Portabella mushrooms, you’re sure to enjoy the calm, easy atmosphere and delicious food!

Being a pet-friendly restaurant, Café Freret offers their four-legged guests treats and water, as well as an up coming “A La Collar” menu, a veterinary approved menu of healthy dog treats and snacks.
